Nothing to like about this company, only thing is they are 100% remote and they use that for black mailing employees

No culture no work life balance, they can fire you with immediate to 7 days notice without any reason

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
