I like to work a permanent work-from-home job. Guidance and support from seniors are great things to be on the best career path. On-time salary is the first thing which I like about the company. Flexible working hours can help me to manage my personal life while working with the company.

Alternate Saturday off. It should be five days working. Apart from this, I don't think there is an issue which I don't like about the company.

Pataak IT takes care of its employees better than many companies in the industry. The job security is good as the company is stable. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Fixed team meeting to discuss daily agenda. Already planned work for the upcoming month.

Sometimes work load is much more than expected.
