Company have a very good customer base and working with global STD companies and all the major OEMs. Weekend Holidays include all odd Saturdays. Long leave you can get when ever required, but on pre intimated basis. ( 20 days to 45 Days) Trips, outings, birthday celebration, festival celebration, movie plan, etc are good at Parfait.

You will get the Large dies to design which are always more than 1000 MM which is good to improve your design skills.

Dislikes

You must be always work under very high pressure. I was worked always more then 11-12 hours a day. The manager of the company is short tempered always gets angry even on silly things.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
