Job is not secured. Can get fired in a day. Have to sign bond of 2 years including 6 months of probation period. Don't have professionals to guide the trainees. More than 25% of salary will be kept as Diwali and performance bonus, which they agree to be paid later but deny paying at FNF. Hidden terms and conditions. Salary not paid on time.
