I am working as junior engineer. Overall all site related work responsibilities is mine.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

We get a free hand as a site engineer and yhere is not kuch involvemwnt from consultants.We can take our own decisions at site.Also we have to think practically for everything and not to work as a robot which depend on consultants.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high that we can bear but there is not much appreciation or money according to work.

Site Incharge-I have to handle whole site like whatever is the need of the site;i have to complete that.I have to handle all the contractors as well as labours and get the work done on time as well as in quality.I have to order required material.
