Panamoure gives opportunities to fresher and gives exposure to freshers.

Panamoure is not employee friendly company it's employer friendly and HR Jhinuk is a principal of who don't know anything about work and how much person is working she is behind everyone for work from home and leaves. Panamoure should focus on outputs given by employees whether that is achieved by working from office or home.They donothing to keep employees happy just making their rules rigid it I a growing company jhinuk you have to be liberal to them. Jhinuk never takes employees point or understand just being aggressive and rude to all. All other companies focus on their growth and employees output but Panamoure focus on work from home and unplanned leaves especially to our HR Even manager are the blindfollowers of Hr. They don't give salary hike or promotion to old employees but hire new one and give them hike. Total CTC just forget it variable retention bla bla that to u do get in one year also they make their own policy in everything which is employer friendly. No promotion to anyone juniors are working under juniors. When u r not giving salary hikes and promotion so atleast u should be liberal in work from home and leaves if you are doubtful people dont work at home do more expenses on GPH tracker each hr and min will be tracked this is not the way to treat employees. In panamoure your mental health is cascaded by manager who can take leaves and put burden on juniors and associates. Again our HR will read this comment and do nothing for employee....Read More

WFH is not limited by HR as it neither get determine nor been approved by HR. It’s your own team workout. Instead of starting scuttlebutt about it, please get in touch with HR immediately if you have any queries about this. Everything else, including CTC and promotions, has been handled capably. Promotion needs to be earned. During business hours, you are always welcome to have a direct conversation about any concerns you may have with the HR team. HR suggest don’t waste your efforts here rather gallantly schedule a time with HR to have the next level of conversation.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
