Panamoure is not employee friendly company it's employer friendly and HR Jhinuk is a principal of who don't know anything about work and how much person is working she is behind everyone for work from home and leaves. Panamoure should focus on outputs given by employees whether that is achieved by working from office or home.They donothing to keep employees happy just making their rules rigid it I a growing company jhinuk you have to be liberal to them. Jhinuk never takes employees point or understand just being aggressive and rude to all. All other companies focus on their growth and employees output but Panamoure focus on work from home and unplanned leaves especially to our HR Even manager are the blindfollowers of Hr. They don't give salary hike or promotion to old employees but hire new one and give them hike. Total CTC just forget it variable retention bla bla that to u do get in one year also they make their own policy in everything which is employer friendly. No promotion to anyone juniors are working under juniors. When u r not giving salary hikes and promotion so atleast u should be liberal in work from home and leaves if you are doubtful people dont work at home do more expenses on GPH tracker each hr and min will be tracked this is not the way to treat employees. In panamoure your mental health is cascaded by manager who can take leaves and put burden on juniors and associates. Again our HR will read this comment and do nothing for employee....Read More

I work for panamoure group companies since 2017. I love to work here because of the following reasons: 1 . Work-Life Balance. 2. Always given importance to health, safety, and the environment and this is required for long-term sustainability. 3. Panamoure has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. 4. Lot of employee-friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. Many events/fun Fridays are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. 5. Panamoure has a huge existing client base in a wide variety of industries - Real Estate, data centres etc. 6. Panamoure has a great working environment where we can freely share our ideas.
