No long term project for QA. Project is searched after the recruitment of employee. You expected to have all the skils customer uses. And forced to move to client location. I joined in chennai was asked to go to banglore location. Once project is over, no bench, direct layoff. QA management is poor.

I learned a new way of facing the challenges, not expecting someone to help on each moment, helps in a fast track growth. Well, the growth (in terms of the package) is not seen until now but it's better to have a job rather than hitting the dark zone in this Pandemic.

Won't be calling a dislike of mine, but it's a startup, so more or less you have to be a bit on your own rather than expecting a spoon feed on everything.
