There are no good points about paisabazaar.

First of all if anyone is willing to join paisabazaar kindly don't ever think to join this organisation. If you need join means you will have to sacrifice many things like: 1: there is no work timings you should forget your home. If you join this organization you will feel like you stay in lodge not like home bcoz you can just go to sleep that's no other time you will have. 2: you should forget your Sunday. No enjoyment on Sunday bcoz you will be working on Sundays 😂😂 that too Full day. 3. No job security. One of the worst part is this. They will remove people when you are about to get your salary so you won't get salary 😂 it will be coming in FNF. God knows that tomorrow you will have work r you will be removed. 3. FNF COMING TO THIS, Every organisation gives FNF within 45days / 60days but in this organisation you need wait for 100 days or more also 😂 no one will respond incl your HRs. 4. Unnecessary pressure they will create. Mental torture if anyone Argues you will sit with HR .ie. HR SESSION 😂 5 there are many things to say. Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor
