Cordial atomosphere. Easily approachable management. Facilitates excellent work-life balance environ without much pressures.

Dislikes

Would rather call it "Room for improvement" - High time to focus towards skills development programs for the resources and to enhance their domain knowledge on a periodical basis. Internal knowledge portal / repository initiative would definitely augment this need of the hour.

Work policy: Work from home option as and when warranted depending upon the projects and their delivery timelines.
