Padget Electronics is one of the best company for fresher, those who want to startup they should join this company. But here you couldn't get that much of skills, that will be useful for you future. It just a manufacturing company where mobile phones of motorola, nokia, Gionee and others keypad phone like Karbonn etc are assembled. Give your 3-6 months here

Behaviour of line leaders are very rude. They are so ambitious.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
