No proper management, no appraisal how hard you work no one can recognize you and no proper promotions.

They Pay much higher salary and tempt candidates while recruitment.

Dislikes

1. First of all there is no job security at all. If you are well settled in your existing company then I would recommend not to leave for this company. 2. They don't have any proper training module and therefore will assign project from day 1 and ask you to do it with 100% accuracy. 3. Since you are very new to the company and would not be knowing much about their process so definitely you will miss out something while executing project(s). This is where they will catch you and escalate it to higher management. 4. The reason why they do this is there is so much politics and competition going on between Spain and China team. So the China team don't entertain any new comers and Spain team try to showcase that new comers are smart enough to take any task without proper knowledge sharing and they can do it without initial support from the team, which is unfair. 5. They will bluff the client stating they have these many resources in india working on the projects. Once project requirements over they will start goving you notice one by one and will ask you to resign. 6. If you have any doubt and ask any of your team mates from China and Spain they don't bother and never reply to your query. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. This shows that they don't believe in team work rather they believe in individual performance</mark>. But this would be unfair with the new joiners since they have not gone through proper knowledge sharing. 8. China and Spain team would continuously give the same -ve feedback to upper management without any artifacts. 9. The worst part is the HR and Country head in India too not bother to ask for artifacts and they will pass on the same feedback to you everytime. 10. Since they also wants to secure their job so they will ask you to resign and leave. 11. They will claim that they are the best company but Don't fall in their TRAP. PS: These are just ponters I highlighted there are so many mess going on and I don't wants to waste my time writing all those things....Read More

IT'S ALL A TRAP!!! DON'T FALL IN!!! 1. No team bonding. 2. They will set unrealistic expectations from you. 3. Unlimited politics between China and Spain project team which affects client relationship and delivery.
