Organisation is good but there is someone who is trying to hard to please and overly eager to impress manager.

I would not recommend joining under inexperienced managers, as poor leadership can impact your work environment. Certain individuals micromanage unnecessarily, rely too much on excessive documentation (like maintaining multiple Google Sheets), and create a negative team culture by speaking about employees behind their backs. I like the environment in which we work.All employees are too supported, understand a lot and here we all work like a family . Too initiatives made by the HR department for curricular activities.

Here I dislike the most is that work from home is not available. I say that that atleast all Saturday & Sunday will be holiday.
