Organisation is good but there is someone who is trying to hard to please and overly eager to impress manager.

I would not recommend joining under inexperienced managers, as poor leadership can impact your work environment. Certain individuals micromanage unnecessarily, rely too much on excessive documentation (like maintaining multiple Google Sheets), and create a negative team culture by speaking about employees behind their backs.
