They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side. Working at FCM was really a good experience. The work environment, supportive teammates, good hr management, good on job trainings, you will find internal politics everyqhere; but in my opinion here in FCM it is there but is very less. One will get many IJP's opportunities. Salary is no issue at all also other benefits, incentives &perks are one of the better than othres. What I personally dislike in this organisation is poor management team. No doubt from nowhere they took FCM India at very higher position but are unble to maintain the same quality work in crisis. Best example of current pandemic situatuon. They should have the provision reserved for these condition, for staff errors. Hope they will take lession from it & try to overcome on thier failure
