In FCM job security is never an issue. Working culture is also good and you can work freely no excess pressure. Top Management is little biased in most of the cases. Company policies are not employee friendly.

Dislikes

Work stations are not good, for every facility you have to beg to admin. Policies are not good for employees and seems like they are only made for making money for company. Even they don't have a standard cafeteria for employees.
