Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work culture is terrible here. Senior management will never help you out on any situation only giving you fake comments. They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side.
