-no work life balance -upper management is so stupidly annoying that they think that new kids don't understand, God it is so embarrassing for them. I don't know how do they live with such faces -HR head thinks he owns the place so he can hire and firw anyone to prove his stupid point "that he has power" (also he's actually not the head) poor khatana -they think replacing 1 good talent with 20 new freshers is easy. -and f*ck they are struggling so much just to keep the business ops in India, and yeah ofcourse bringing the cheap labour results to cheap results, shifting to cheap offices to cut down the cost lol. -oh yes, they are also really good at making up consiparacy theories to retort the money out of your hard work which you have been doing for their company and call you out for not taking any initiative. -and uhhh, you know the quote goes, "when the wrong upper management is not replaced, a lot of good ones on the below will leave the company" this applies in whoke of the Flight Centre Travel Group. -and yeah ofcourse there is not such job security in a company when they can Fire a newly hired CFO in a day just to make an internal person to be promoted for that position. -office days officially: 5 days a week -actual working days: 7 days a week...Read More
