Everything..They do not have the proper working process. Thr internal process is very poor.. Management is biased here so even if you tell the issue you are facing work wise..nobody will bother to look into it. On of the worst company i have ever seen. It's better to wait for other opportunities but do not join this company.... As after joining one will regret.
