As a company specializing in tech professional services, we primarily operate in a remote working model. However, there are instances where certain roles require on-site presence at a client's location, which may influence the management style, as was the case with your employment. We continuously strive to collaborate with our clients and internal teams in order to cultivate an optimal working culture. It's important to note that the team you joined was newly formed, under the guidance of a new manager.
