Everyday asking to extend working hours without OT its fu***ng frustration. Some people act like theh know everything while they don't know anything. No incentive no bonus nothing just for the sake of yearly hike TM will ask you to extend working hours.. And to so called CEO hatsoff🫡🙏🙏🙏 Offer letter will be provided via Hard copy after few weeks and they call them self as start company even though its been more than 9years where they don't have work ethics and there is no ID card🤦‍♂️. Literally some of the TM don't know how to behave in floor/office they can scream and shout at anyone..you will be promised 2days wee off and after joining you have to work 6days because you will be in training even if you are experienced😂 HR's ge ond namaskara🙏...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
