There is nothing we like at outworks not even the shift timings are pre decided. After joining for 20 days , just before the salary they will ask for the document at midnight 11 and scare that in case of failing the submit the document, salary will not be given. Pathetic work environment at all

Once you reach at site after 2 hours of traveling they will asked you to travel back 2 hours and ask to come in second shift. No management at all. Need lot of improvements . There is no professional culture or an appreciation for your work. No matter how sick you are, you have to be present otherwise you will bear the salary cut despite of having lot of overtime.
