I like the people of my department who work with me like family.

At Otsuka India Pharma - Still the company does not have any vision that what they want to do in india...are they here for doing business or just joke.....there is no satisfaction in everything while working , and also the increment are also given late ...too late.....there is also partiality in understanding the employees while giving such basic facilities like Parking, cafeteria (There is special cafeteria for managers and above and rest of the peoples have to take meals in common cafeteria), I cannot recommend anyone to work here and destroy your career......Read More
