There's nothing to like about.only and only dissatisfaction is there.please go through this review before you go there There's no career growth and opportunities for any employee. Please do not go there at all. They treat all employees like a machine. Nd no value of your work. Not any aticates to talk with down line employees and workers.they will never ever encourage your work. They always give highest incriment for few selected person. Nd it reapetes everytime. Nothing new with that. There's not any beneficial policy regarding leaves and benefits. If u made any mistake hod will not support u. And they will give warning letter or they will tell u to give apology. Though u have justification. Blame game is only culture over here. No one is there to listen your problem.incriment policy is verry horrible. No one should do job at here. Such an disaster management.they will only support non Gujarati for everything.if u r Gujarati then u won't get any support from hod and upper management as well. Incriment will also based upon your non gujarati caste. Hr of that company is also not supportive.they will never ever solve your queries. Humiliation and torture is the only thing over here.u just have to do your work like a donkey. And u will get nothing for it. All the changerooms and washrooms are full of dirt.
