I’ve been with the company for over three years, primarily due to personal family health reasons. Otherwise, I would have likely moved on sooner. There’s a general sentiment among employees that many would jump at the chance to leave if offered a comparable or better opportunity elsewhere. The company’s decline seems to be largely tied to three who play a central role in its ongoing issues: Vice President: This individual has been responsible for implementing processes that, while numerous, don’t add any real value. These inefficiencies have significantly increased the workload for employees who are already working hard. Despite the failure of a product he personally led, he continues to maintain an unyielding attitude, avoiding responsibility for the ongoing challenges and disruptions. Delivery/Support Lead: Holds the title of "technical manager" but lacks the technical expertise necessary to support the team. Her primary focus seems to be on office politics, spending a significant amount of time listening to self-congratulatory remarks rather than engaging in meaningful support or fostering collaboration. As a result, the delivery team frequently feels undermined and unsupported. HR Manager: The HR department, rather than helping to build a supportive and balanced work environment, has become a source of frustration for employees. The HR manager has demonstrated little empathy when employees have requested to reduce their notice period, and many have felt compelled to leave without serving the full notice due to a lack of understanding or assistance from HR. If these three individuals were to be replaced or temporarily removed, the company would likely function much more smoothly.
