I have been with the company for over 3 years, primarily due to family health issues, or else i would have left much earlier. sentiment among employees is that most would jump at the chance to leave if received an equal or better offer elsewhere. The company's downward spiral is largely due to three key individuals. Vicepresident: Akey player in creating unnecessary and inefficient processes that add no value, all while burdening employees who are genuinely working hard. Despite the failure of a product he presonally developed, he maintains a arrogant attitude, refusing to take responsibility for the chaos. Delivery/support lead: Lacking any real technical expertise, this individual calls herself a "technical manager " but fails to support her team in any meaningful way. She plays office politics and spends daily standup meetings listening to sycophantic praise from a handful of people, while wasting the rest of the team's time. As a result, the delivery team is constantly undermined. HR manager: The HR department, instead of fostering a positive and balanced work environment, seems to exist solely to exploit exployees. The HR manager actively encourages unhealthy work practices and has shown zero empathy when people have tried to reduce their notice period. In fact, many(15-18) employees have left without serving their notice due to the lack of support and understanding from HR. If these three individuals were replaced or removed for just a couple of months, the company would likely run much more efficiently. People are good in nature and friendly.
Underpaid interns, most of the time people who are client centric has to work overtime (no overtime money) to meet the expectations. Client side Project managers are ok still jira management and all not so good, No product managers lol. No proper management for developers :( no actual senior developers, lead naam ke hai kaam ke nahi. Sorry If this sounds harsh par jo hai vo hai :)

I joined Oriserve, registered as Unlax Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., with excitement and high hopes, but my experience turned out to be anything but positive. Let me share what really happened. 1. Long Hours, No Boundaries: From day one, I was told my work hours would be 10 AM to 7 PM, with two days of work-from-home each week. Thatseemed fair until my manager casually mentioned I’d need to stay until 10 PM to accommodate clients in different time zones. Before I knew it, the company had set up a calendar where meetings could be booked from 9 AM to midnight, and later on, it became 24/7. Yes, you read that right—meetings could be scheduled at any time, day or night, and I was expected to attend every single one. Working 16-18 hours a day became the norm, and it started to take a serious toll on my health. 2. An Overwhelming Workload: Not long after joining, I was handed two SaaS products to manage, both in their early stages. I was also expected to provide real-time feedback to product managers, attend endless meetings, and somehow deliver sales results. It was impossible to keep up, but the pressure kept mounting. I was running on fumes, working until 3 AM some nights, only to wake up a few hours later to commute across the city. 3. Zero Empathy: Despite the visible toll on my health—constant headaches, swollen eyes, pure exhaustion—my requests for more flexibility or permanent work-from-home were denied. The only thing they offered was the option to come in late or leave early if my meetings were at odd hours, and that was just to keep their client meetings intact, not because they cared about my well-being. 4. Unfair Treatment and Unethical Practices: After months of this, I finally reached my breaking point and submitted my resignation on June 21st, planning to serve a 30-day notice period. That’s when everything shifted. The company started acting differently toward me, looking for any excuse to push me out before the month ended—likely to avoid paying my salary. On June 28th, after a late-night of working, I accidentally overslept and missed a few early morning meetings. My manager jumped on the chance to accuse me of lying and cheating. They terminated me on the spot, blocked my access to everything, and didn’t even acknowledge the actual reason behind it. 5. Disrespect and Exploitation: I’m the sole breadwinner for my family, and after giving everything I had to this company, they treated me like I was disposable. They held my salary, gave me conflicting reasons for my termination, and didn’t seem to care about the impact on my life. If you’re considering working at Unlax Consumer Solutions Pvt.
