No doubt orion pharma is one of the leading franchise in india i enjoyed a reasonable and disciplined life

Talk about orion pharma they want much more work from a representative in a very cheap salary That is why i disliked to work in it

I liked only the Work timing at Orion and the pay scale.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I didn't like the Leadership, the culture, micromanagement of work, dependency on Finland colleagues for decision making, the complected systems and the too much internal Sops for day to day work in Regulatory affairs department

Work Details

Boring.. Also the ratio of males to the females is very poor. only 4 Males and around 25 females in RA department. and too much groupism in them.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
