Orion provides a really good learning opportunity and career growth. All seniors and Managers are available to help you and support you in your learning. All colleagues are friendly.

The project I am working on is using very old tools and practices which they doesn't wanted to upgrade.. And very limited chance to enhance your skills .. They stopped the variable pay with lots of non compliance ... And very hard to get it back even with genuine reasons... HR/management is very lethargic to reply your email/teams chat..
