Worst management , worst finance , worst working space ,,they don't hire bcoz they need. To purchase system and recruit ppl , not getting salary on time ,,,VP and senior Management keep screaming in unprofessional way thank God they are not fighting

I have like working environment of OMPL because no burden on employee and every department is helpful if any confusion occurs. The job is secure if done the work at a time and system follow.

I have dislike only no traveling facilities.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
