A new start up with different thought as doing millet based Cookies, Sticks & Health bars. As a start-up there were lots & lots of things to learn and I did. I love the fact that I am a part of Quality department and developed company standards docs related to my Dept. There was very pleasant environment as factory was located with very beautiful nature surrounded. A very beautiful hill just a KM away from factory, which makes people feel free and fresh on their pressurized work. Dislikes

The company was located quite interior and quite away from town area, as a result for any medical emergency quite difficult to manage. Security wise need to give guaranty to employees.

Work Details

I was working in quality Dept. As all of us know Quality stands prior and top position when we thought about a food industry. I was very happy that the entire management was supporting me in all the ways in maintaining the best quality.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
