I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

Very bad culture and fake company running in Ahmedabad with various fake names like Novomis, ombit , novumgen, topiatech, sciom, orbit and many other unregistered names. This company run by a patel family of a Gujarati businessman totally staff becomes from mehsana district of Gujarat. If you are from other regions of Gujarat or India you will treated as a foreigner. No one will help to you in this organisation even unskilled patel family will try to learn your skills by cheating and other methods. I am a experienced person joined incidentally in this company and they harassed me than I have quite my job in few months. Personal and professional life was finished after joining.
