I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. If you have experience in pharma please don’t join this company. Very bad culture and fake company running in Ahmedabad with various fake names like Novomis, ombit , novumgen, topiatech, sciom, orbit and many other unregistered names. This company run by a patel family of a Gujarati businessman totally staff becomes from mehsana district of Gujarat. If you are from other regions of Gujarat or India you will treated as a foreigner. No one will help to you in this organisation even unskilled patel family will try to learn your skills by cheating and other methods. I am a experienced person joined incidentally in this company and they harassed me than I have quite my job in few months. Personal and professional life was finished after joining. They trying to give Saturday off but nothing matter this for my irritating 5 working days. I quit my job in few months only...Read More
