There working environment is good and salary increment is done as per your performance. There team leads also supportive in any kind of issues. Overall it is a good for career growth.

Working period are Monday to Saturday is lengthy, we want Saturday and Sunday holidays for entertainment.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
