Poor management. Overworking employees with no concept of work-life balance. Office is in a basement with no network...the administration does nit provide wifi even on pc that you are working on. When you have to send an email outside the office you have to go to a separate PC for emails that is shared by the whole office. everybody equally hates that office except neha mam, cuz she is paid TOO much

no party, no fun, nothing. plus the office is in basement, no sunlight. lack of management. have to come on time but NEVER get to leave on time. will give work from home if deadline is near. the people at lower positions suffer a lot
