One of the best organisations I've worked in. Far far better work culture than the service companies. Very few companies can surpass the work culture and work standards maintained by Oracle. When people are happy, they dont need much management, they take responsibility of product themselves. That is clear when working in Oracle.

1. No salary hike in 5 years, i.e. since the time I joined. Just the excuse "we dont have budget" 2. Taking a leave or even 2 hours off the manager makes you feel as though you're stealing from his house. 3. No Training, they say they dont have budget for it. If somehow one enrolls they are frowned upon by managers "is the training relevant to our work" . Not to mention the daily and weekly updates you need to share after the trainings. 4. 1) Don't join OFSS, If you are joining Oracle make sure which domain they are putting you in. Never join Ofss 2)Old technology, nothing much to learn, no proper training, lots of work pressure.

"I have been working at Oracle as a Dispatch Coordinator for the past three years. While the company has a positive work environment with a supportive team and management, I am highly disappointed with the lack of salary hikes during this time. Despite our commitment to aligning with business needs and delivering quality work, therehas been no recognition in terms of compensation. Employees are expected to proactively adapt and perform, but the company does not reciprocate with fair financial growth or motivation. I strongly believe Oracle has the potential to retain talent by valuing employees’ efforts through better pay structures. Very exhausting toxic work culture management always demotivates you too much biased decisions when it comes to promotion no hikes for year if they provide after years also there would be single percent of hike If you just need growth no financial expectations please come to oracle

1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas.
