Work Life balance is not so good especially if you have US counterparts and try to meet them. And also they are poor in giving himes and promotions

Dislikes

Nothing is good. More powers to managers and less to hr's. Even if HR policy is to come office 2 days but due to managers ego you may come 5 days also. And even for leave or wfh you have to email managers and take approval. Mangers themselves dont come to office but expects you too come. The culture is pointing culture here instead of solving a issue. Frustrated in here.

Dislikes

There are many frequent re orgs that happen. They can discontinue the product you are working on anytime depending on the requirement priority. IDC teams don't have much decision making powers if product comes under US leadership.
