Higher management is too much knowledgeable to understand problem and guide junior people to resolve any challenges. As well as they take each resources with their personal life priority.

In the oracle I took leave for medical emergency they impacted my promotion. Oracle don't recognise my hard work

In the LOB i worked, There are no benefits , ,hike, appraisal no additional activities it's always just work and work with micromanagement and stress. Will be told as where to sit, timings and rules to go to lunch, with the people whom you have to go to lunch and have to provide justification for every action taken just like a school.

Dislikes

Nothing is good. More powers to managers and less to hr's. Even if HR policy is to come office 2 days but due to managers ego you may come 5 days also. And even for leave or wfh you have to email managers and take approval. Mangers themselves dont come to office but expects you too come. The culture is pointing culture here instead of solving a issue. Frustrated in here.

Dislikes

No hikes or negligible hikes say 5%. No worklife balance. May have to work on total different tech stack than yours.
