I have been working with oppo last 3 years there is no career growth the ASM of oppo is very rude and mannerless even there is no one to listen to your grievances.very very bad experience u had with oppo I 'll never gonna suggested anyone get there self collaborate oppo for jobs HR don't know about employees and there working days she is way away she doesn't even know how much employees are suffering.to much work pressure is there...Read More

ECompensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Nothing was like job security my TL (Satish Kasala) used to Tell me every time on every occasion Search new job. He also used to borrow Money now & there. It was crime to ask for Weekoff otherwise he used to screw up the happiness.

Biased Seniors They never treat every teammembers equally Specially the one who don't perform because of Low potential counter.
