Monetary benefits are ok not great but ok.

Dislikes

1. Management is terrible. 2. Not an employee friendly company especially QA dept. 3. Neither career growth nor there is a skill development. It's not a place for people who want to learn and succeed in good technologies. 4. Chaos and confusion in every decision made. 5. Lots of micro management in each and every action you do. 6.Management decisions are rash without weighing pros and cons. 7. Lots more....
