Employees are good, and you can make good friends and learn a lot from the seniors. You would get enough opportunities to take on challenging tasks even if you have just joined.

Very bad job security. If you do not have a dependency, you can be fired anytime. The moment the company is at a loss, they do not care much about any employee (however experienced) and fire them. The office environment gets too disturbed due to layoffs. You get zero perks apart from salary. Company outings happen once in a while but beware, layoffs happen just after that. You can join this company but it is not good for the long term as they do not value their old employees. Tip: Always have some dependency on yourself so they cannot fire you....Read More

no job security , one day manager will call you and will tell you today is your last working day you have to submitt your resignation without notice peiod , you also have to work in night for them at time of production server release, they will not tell you this things at start .poor management, HR not there to manage employess need.
