Very bad job security. If you do not have a dependency, you can be fired anytime. The moment the company is at a loss, they do not care much about any employee (however experienced) and fire them. The office environment gets too disturbed due to layoffs. You get zero perks apart from salary. Company outings happen once in a while but beware, layoffs happen just after that.
