It's been 3+ years and my experience working with Onsitego has been superb. The company has grown to a team of over 1000 employees over the last few years and has launched new business ideas and products ever since I've joined. It's a reputed brand and I love working here. Each day is a new day with new challenges, so work never gets boring. 90% of the crowd is young and the teams are open to new ideas. The place is growth oriented and the environment is quite chilled out as long as work is done on time. I spent two years working at Onsitego and had the opportunity to work with great seniors. Seniors here are supportive, work culture is good, salary is credited on time even during lockdown, have employee centric policies they support employees in every situation. The place is very special to me, unfortunately I had to relocate due to personal reasons.
