I love the work environment. During lockdown they gave us permission to work from home. During lockdown they gave our salary one or 2 days before and provided job security.

Salary/appraisal was good, learning and work environment is satisfying.. Work-life balance is bit tough too manage as for rotational shifts but can be manageable.

Dislikes

Teammates are good and experienced. Job security is a problem being in Onprocess recently. As the process ramp down its been very challenging to be a part of the company.
