This was my first experience in bpo sector and will be thankful that it was OPT,this work place has given me people for lifetime,its fun at work and salary is always on time without failure,u might feel ur good and hard work might not get recognized but other than that u can have a good work experience working at OPT

Dislikes

I would really request the superior like managers and tl to recognize and appreciate the good work while ur agents are working...that really inspire one to work more with good intentions and it doesn't cost anything

I have truely enjoyed working in opt with the initial process that I was assigned, being a female employee I felt safe, during pandemic opt has given work from home,I not just was able to take calls from my kolkata room but from my hometown,it was good

Good working environment within a team coz everyone is cooperative and helpful. Appraisal is good nice bonus before Durga puja also the bonus amounts are fair enough.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics and management is totally aloof about processes whether they stays or leaves also management doesn't haven't any voice to speak on agents behalf. Salary is decent but no career growth as because of partiality which is strictly followed by the management.

I was in a backend process for 5 years basically it's good but no one is stable.

I work in a spend management enablement process. We get suppliers assigned by our managers and we need to call or email those suppliers to get enabled on SAP Ariba as well as intergrate those suppliers and buyers on SAP ariba.

If I ask about my teammates, then they were the best teammates in my 6-year's career in Onprocess Technology India Pvt. They were very helpful and approachable all the time.

Dislikes

From top management to bottom level management are the worst that I have seen in my last 6-year's career. The worst work practice is every department in Onprocess. Managers do not think associates are human. They always treat people like animal. They do not bother about the associate's suggestion and point of views.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
