It was very good learning experience in Only Vimal as it was the starting of my career as apprentice Designer. The team members were very cooperative and supportive.That experience is very useful for developing my career in Textile Industry.

Dislikes

I was as B.Tech apprentice according to that our stipend was very low. I have experience some politics and I was also victim of that....but that experience also helpful for me to know corporate work environment and Lean me how to survive in professional life and that makes me strong.

I was in shifts what you expect its a monotonous, boring job. but if you are looking for a safer option its best. people here are really nice.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
