Only thing to like about the company is it offers good and salary hike. Though my teammates and my current job description is still satisfactory

Dislikes

Everything except the above mentioned benefits, no professional working environment, no perks and benefits, no medical and life insurance, no professional growth though as a benefit financially growth is good, working culture is pathetic, no national or festival holidays and unnecessary deduction from salary for reasons like exceeding break time, unapproved leaves on major festivals.

My current work is still interesting as I get to know more about places while giving quotes for different destination and a lot about airlines and stuff

They give you responsibilities to handle which helps your learn about the travel industry. Offered salary is good.

Dislikes

Long hours. 6 days working. Take a days uniformed leave and they deduct 3 days salary. 8 out of 10 people working there will tell you the never receive their full salary. Narrow minded / rude people.
