Nothing is good. If you get a call from HR looking for AR Caller for this company just run. As they will spoil your life by saying good things about this company. If you are a person who is hardworking, dedicated. Then please go and work in other company as they will care for ur hardwork but this company won't. Worst , worst company

They will make u work in weekends and if you are in nightshift. Extending is must and you have to do it for evryday till you work in this company. Also they won't provide u can while extending and you have to catch bus and go. You mental peace, your family, your friends and your personal life will be gone. Even after sacrificing this much u won't get enough. The TL and QA are one of the best villians of the country. When I worked at that company, the QC team member wasn’t supportive. He often discouraged people while evaluating our work performance. If we didn’t engage with him in the way he preferred, he would single us out. This negative environment eventually led me to leave the job.

I don't like production based salary here in integra connect, the hr did not explained it properly while recruitment. This is not 5 days of working shift they will say due to business requirements has to come office on weekends so sometimes no matter what need to work 7 days, lot of work pressure and more internal politics.

It is only good for freshers who start their career after education to learn the corporate culture.

Dislikes

Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.

Work culture is very poor as still management follows old method in all aspects… Example , office working person should not use mobile in production floor due to compliance issue , but WFH people will be having permanent mobile in their hand.
