Doesn't provide relieving letter even if u had served ur notice period completely. No response from HR and management. Favour the employees whom they like personally. Appraisal is not based on performance but rather based on how much they like u personally.

When I worked at that company, the QC team member wasn’t supportive. He often discouraged people while evaluating our work performance. If we didn’t engage with him in the way he preferred, he would single us out. This negative environment eventually led me to leave the job.
