Everything at Omega, from the Training till the time u hit the floor makes u feel happy, but once u hit the floor ur real work starts. Work life at omega souly depends on how u deal with it. If you can understand the concept and hit the targets in time then ur good to go and don't have to worry but it becomes hectic when u can't handle how to reach your targets Bcs u would definitely get pressure from ur team leader when u don't complete your targets. To be frank for me Omega was my second home. I love spending my time at omega. I would complete the targets in time and enjoy with my Frnds during the break hours.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Do we have any negative stars for this I will surely give -5 for the management on Omega Health care the behavior with works is so bad that there is no job security in this organization. I am not just saying this it's true fact.

Do we have any NEGATIVE starts I will surely I will give -5 to this organization so bad behavior with employees specially HR's I can surely say this on their face I just worked her for 6 months but their behavior is too bad.
