Organisation is ok but in that team leads and managers are very worst They will only see over works and other things nothing of they have work they will beg and no work means they said f…off no grouth no hike

I joined here as a fresher in 2021 Feb month , Omega give bestest training to freshers, work culture is good

Salary is very less for freshers and mandatory bond of 1 year should be signed before joining the company by submitting our original certificates

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
